While I may not look forward to taking a vehicle in for service, I cannot speak more highly about the service at this dealership. Working with Peggy is top notch and a pleasure.

For better customer service, please follow-up with customers on ETAs for vehicle transfers. Delays happen but for a first time customer such as myself, I was worried about delivery due to multiple delays. My car was getting dropped off and i wasnt called a hour before arrival time so I could be there. That was worrisome considering I was at work. I also think its best to have a signature signed from the customer to confirm that the vehicle is safely delivered. Other than that the transaction went great and love my new ride

Peggy and her team are excellent. Car was repaired in the time available and the work was done flawlessly. While I have nothing negative about the service department or Peggy, I am disappointed that the failed clip on my passenger side wheelwell trim was not covered by warranty. The trim came loose sometime during a one day round trip from Port St Lucie to my cousins home in Pompano Beach. The vehicle did not go through a car wash and was not involved in any kind of an accident. This resulted in a $1300 repair bill.

The best service department I've had in 40 years. Bought my car in Weston 4 years ago and they were terrible for service. They totally ignored female customers and were condescending when they did.
