Good experience, macan had low milage and fairly priced relative to the pre owned car market. I have been waiting too long to get a resolution on replacing faulty front door bose speakers. I am at one week with no resolution I was promised just a couple days and into a week. Please come up with a plan to correct. Dan DeGowin.

Found a nice Maxan on line that I was interested enough to schedule a repurchase inspection with a local import repair shop. Our salesman, Jacob, agreed to take it over there, when the report came back positive we drove across Florida to check it out and purchased it that day. They agreed to ship it to us a three hour drive away and we have received it just the other day in fine shape. Our dealings with the dealership were positive and straight forward.

Back office seems slow and may be not staffed to handle a lot of demand. After having the car for two days I identified three issues which I reported to Jacob. Both windshield wipers were defective which says that a complete safety check was not performed. I replaced both at my expense. Jacob agreed to send me a check for the cost. The AC makes a clicking nose when turned on. Jacob was aware of issue but said dealer was not fixing it.
